Reflection, three things that went well, things that did not go well, three things you would change if done again at the market day.

Three things that went well is that we sold out on all the drinks and everyone loved them, the ice cream sundaes were at a high quality and we made sure to keep swapping the ice creams into the freezers so they didn’t have melted, and we made a profit and didn’t lose any money, also our communication between the team was good and easy.

Three things that didn’t go so well was that we had to keep going back to the food room to swap the ice cream due to the ice cream melting in the sun, the topping wasn’t that easy to get due to us leaving them in the packets/bottles, we also forgot an ice cream scoop so we had to use a normal spoon.

Next time we could have also had the toppings in containers and looking more organized instead of like winging it and use a chilly bin to put the ice cream in so it won’t melt as quickly and wouldn’t have to keep swapping them and buy more drinks next time and that was a wanted thing, we also wouldn't buy as many cups and spoons.
