L1 Wraps

Yesterday we made Wraps, Prior to the activity, I made sure to put a clean apron on and to wash my hands by doing this I know the bacteria is not on my hands as the soap and hot water killed it, Since we were using ham and mayo those are high risks food, we handled the ham with tongs and put it on a clean chopping board and slightly chopped it up a bit and put it aside in a clean bowl, mayo is also a high-risk food so we brought it out at the end and put it in a small glass bowl and used a spoon to spread it on the wrap.
Before we brought the food out we made sure the table was clean and all the bowls were clean after we gathered the food we made sure to wash all the vegetables to make sure they were clean before we put them on a clean chopping board to chop, by doing this I know my food was safe because everything was clean and used correctly.
