-Equipment; Red cabbage, tea, beetroot, turmeric, cranberry juice, a beaker, water, tripod, Bunsen burner, gauze mat, 1.0 mol L-1 HCL and mol L-1 NaOH.

Method - Pour 1 teaspoon of turmeric 100 mL cup of alcohol and cranberry juice into separate beakers and leave to one side.

Results -

Indicators                  Colour in HCI (acid)           Colour in NaOH (alkali)
- Turmeric                  - Yellow                                - Red
- Cranberry juice       - Red                                    - Green
- Beetroot                 -  Red                                    - Yellow
- Tea                        - Clear                                    - Mustard
- Cabbage                - Pink                                     - Green

In this Table You can tell with the Indicators we added Acid and Alkali in separate dishes.
Such as when we had the Cranberry juice and then when the acid was added to it the cranberry juice stayed red but when the alkali was added it turned green as you can tell from the table above.

Conclusion ; we go the the results correctly we wanted because we made our indicators correctly which allowed us to get the right results.
