Choosing the right cooking method is relevant to try to reduce fat, sugar, and salt.
Baking is good because you don't have to cook it in any fats but the goods your baking normally contains lots of sugar and fat that's why it's good to try to find lower fat and sugar options to use instead.
There are many ways to cook your food and the healthiest way would best steaming as it uses no fats but just vapour from boiling water yet you can only cook vegetables and similar foods but not meat compared to steaming when you use oil or fat to cook it in, a good way to cook meats with using no fats or oil would be roasting as no oil is needed and it is cooked in the oven and it's a quick method as heat is direct.
